Once we receive your initial application, our team reviews it and schedules a meeting with both you and your potential preceptor or supervisor. After all parties agree to move forward, you'll share our information with your school or university, which will then contact us with the required forms.
A non-refundable application review fee of $150 is due at this stage.
The total program cost is $1,500; this includes the $150 review fee.
After university approval:
- $700 is due immediately, and
- The remaining $650 can be paid within 1 month.
Optional Add-Ons:
- Rush/Urgent Placement: $300 (placement within 2 weeks)
- Site Change or Replacement Preceptor: $250 (school approval required)
Refunds Policy:
Application fee non-refundable; and 50% refund not continues the services if no sessions are done with our therapist and patient. (If even 1 session is completed so it will be no refund)
